DIPLOMA IN PHARMACY

A 2 year full time Diploma course divided into 2 annual sessions. D. Pharm has been designed to prepare candidates to work as a licensed pharmacist in hospitals, community pharmacies, and other related pharmaceutical fields.

ELIGIBILITY
Diploma in Pharmacy equivalent.
1) The candidate should be an Indian national. Passed HSC (10+2) or its equivalent examination with English as one of the subject & Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with Mathematics or Biology as optional subjects individually.
2) Any other Qualification approved by Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent any of the above examination.

2. SSC (10th) Marksheet & Certificate
3. HSC (12th) Marksheet & Certificate
4. Leaving / Transfer Cerficate
5. Domicile Certificate/ Naonality Certificate
6. Education Gap Certificate (If applicable)
7. Caste Certificate (For Reserve Category Candidate)
8. Caste Validity Certificate (For Reserve Category Candidate)
9. Non-creamy Layer Certificate (If applicable)
10. Migration Certificate (if applicable)
11. Aadhaar Card
